LIVE Behavioural Diagnosis Course

14th of March 2025, 10am-12:30pm CET, Zoom

95€

Do you want to create effective sustainability strategies that actually work?

Start by understanding why people do what they do.

Most sustainability initiatives fail not because of lack of good intentions, but because we don't fully understand what drives behaviours - and why they don’t change.

This LIVE online Behavioural Diagnosis course will help you get the basics of that understanding through a mix of theory and practice.

You will learn how to:

  • Learn the difference between an outcome, a behaviour and behavioural influences and how to define each of these to form a solid base for your behavioural intervention.

  • Discover what really stops people from adopting sustainable behaviours (hint: it's not always what we think or even it’s NEVER what we think)

  • Use a proven model of behaviour - COM-B - to classify influences on your target behaviours to be able to create the most adapted strategies that address those specific influences.

  • Learn to perform full behavioural diagnosis from outcome definition to COM-B analysis.
