Teaching BeSci to students

Client: De Vinci Institute, Paris

Year: 2022 to date.

Assignment Background: Students of the MBA CSR are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in sustainability to become all-round sustainability professionals. However, to be able to make a change, they need to understand the basics of how humans work and how to bring about behaviour change.

Challenge: Teaching the students about sustainable communication and behaviour change in 1 day.

Results:

A 1 day, intensive, Sustainable Communication and Behaviour Change workshop. The workshop is divided into two parts:

1/ The theory - a bird's eye view of approaches, models, frameworks and theories of sustainable communication and behaviour change.

2/ The practice - developing a sustainable behaviour change intervention in groups, presenting it and getting feedback.

The students come out with a better understanding of the way to bring about behaviour change in their everyday work.
